| [目的]建立栀黄滴眼液中栀子苷的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。[方法]以Inertex C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱;乙腈—水(13:87)为流动相;流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:238nm。[结果]栀子苷线性关系范围0.688～3.44μg(0.9999),平均回收率为99.1%,相对均属标准±偏差值(RSD)=1.1%(n=6)。[结论]该方法简便、准确、重现性好,适用于栀黄滴眼液中栀子苷的含量测定。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of jasminoidin in ZhiHuang Eye Drops.[Methods] The chromatographic column was Inertex C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (13:87).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 238 nm.[Results] Linearity range of jasminoidin was 0.688-3.44μg (r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.1%,RSD was 1.1% (n=6).[Conclusion] The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used for assaying jasminoidin in ZhiHuang Eye Drops. |
