中医寒凝血瘀证模型大鼠血清游离钙和细胞流变学变化*

摘要:
[目的]研究具有中医寒凝血瘀证证候表现特点的大鼠模型细胞流变学变化以及血清游离钙的改变,通过客观化指标来深入阐释寒凝血瘀证的生物学基础。[方法]制作急性寒凝血瘀证大鼠模型,腹主动脉取血检测游离钙、血沉、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形指数、红细胞刚性指数及红细胞压积。[结果]与正常对照组比较:模型组血清游离钙、血沉、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数及红细胞压积明显升高,红细胞变形指数下降,具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]大鼠采用皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素结合冰水浸入法可以获得中医寒凝血瘀证的证候表现特征,其细胞流变学指标的相应改变准确反映出"寒凝血瘀证"的现代生物学基础。

Changes of serum free calcium and cellular rheology in rat with blood stasis syndrome induced by cold

Abstract:
[Objective] To explain the biological basis of the syndrome deeply by investigating the changes of cellular rheology and serum free calcium in rat with external manifestations of blood stasis syndrome induced by cold. [Methods] The rat model of blood stasis syndrome induced by cold was set up by using the methods of injecting adrenalin and being immersed in ice water. After finishing the experiment, the index of serum free calcium, erythrocyte aggregation, erythrocyte distortion, erythrocyte rigidity, hematocrit and blood sedimentation were determined. [Results] In the model group, serum free calcium, blood sedimentation, erythrocyte aggregation, erythrocyte rigidity and hematocrit obviously increased and erythrocyte distortion decreased, which were different from normal control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). [Conclusion] The external manifestations of blood stasis syndrome induced by cold can be obtained by using the methods of injecting adrenalin and being immersed in ice water. The corresponding changes of cellular rheological index can reflect the biological basis of the blood stasis syndrome exactly.
