[目的]以线栓法复制大鼠大脑中动脉梗死(MCAO)模型为研究对象,研究脑梗死急性期缺血半暗带侧支循环重建及电针的干预效应。[方法]造模后,电针干预组给予电针刺激,模型对照组不施加处理因素,于MCAO后1、3、6h,股静脉注射番茄凝集素后行心脏灌注,取脑组织进行切片,染色,图像分析,数据统计,比较两组间有血流灌注的血管量变化。[结果]模型对照组和电针干预组在MCAO后1、3、6h有血流灌注的血管量明显下降,与空白对照组比较均存在统计学差异(P<0.001),电针干预组与模型对照组相应各时相比较,有血流灌注的血管量明显增加,组间比较存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。[结论]电针干预可增加MCAO模型大鼠缺血半暗带内有血流灌注的脑血管量,提示电针干预可促进侧支循环建立,从而增加这一区域的脑血流灌注,并对梗死区产生一定的影响。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To research the effect of the collateral circulation re-establish in semi-dark area and electro-acupuncture in the early stage of acute cerebral infarction ischemia in rats with MCAO induced by thread occlusion. The acute cerebral infarction in rat was induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion. [Methods] Using Lectin Histochemistry stain technique the changing of the blood vessel in the penumbra was observed and the effect of electro-acupuncture stimulus on blood vessel count at 1, 3, 6 hours after MCAO was evaluated. [Results] Lectin Histochemistry stain technique was used to reveal the morphological changing of the blood vessel After MCAO. Compared with normal brain, the blood vessel count were reduced in the penumbra (P <0.001). After electro- acupuncture stimulus, blood vessel count was raised in the peri-ischemic zone (P<0.05) at 1,3,6 hours after MCAO. [Conclusion] Electro-acupuncture stimulus can significant increase the blood vessel count in the peri-ischemic zone and promote the establishment of collateral circulation after MCAO. |
