参松养心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效观察

摘要:

[目的]观察参松养心胶囊在慢性心力衰竭(CHF)治疗中的疗效。[方法]将100例病因不同的CHF患者,按随机数字表法随机分为两组,对照组48例给予正规抗心力衰竭治疗,参松养心胶囊组52例在对照组常规治疗的基础上口服参松养心胶囊。疗程均为3个月。观察两组治疗前后临床疗效、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、血清B型尿钠肽(BNP)、6min步行距离等。[结果]治疗3个月后,参松养心组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。参松养心组的LVEDD及BNP比治疗前及对照组显著减少(P<0.01及P<0.05)。参松养心组的LVEF、6min步行距离比治疗前及对照组显著增加(P<0.01及P<0.05)。[结论]参松养心胶囊可明改善CHF患者左室功能,提高运动耐量,降低BNP的浓度,且安全性好。

Abstract:

[Objective] To investigate the curative effect of Shensong Yangxin capsules in treating chronic heart failure (CHF).[Methods] The 100 CHF patients due to different causes were randomly divided into two groups:the control group (48 cases) treated with the conventional therapies including digitalis,diuretics,angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors and so on;Shensong Yangxin capsules group(52 cases)treated with Shensong Yangxin capsules and the conventional therapies described above.The course of treatment was 3 months.The curative effect,left ventricular end-diastolic dimension (LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP),walking distance in 6 minutes and so on were observed.[Results] After treatment,the total effective rate of Shensong Yangxin capsules group was obviously higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).LVEDD and BNP of Shensong Yangxin capsules group were obviously lower than those in the control group as well as before treatment,showing a significant difference (P<0.05 or P<0.01).LVEF and walking distance in 6 minutes of Shensong Yangxin capsules group were obviously increased,and there was a significant difference as compared with the control group as well as before treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01).[Conclusion] It is suggested that Shensong Yangxin capsules can obviously improve the function of left ventricle,increase the exercise tolerance,decrease the concentration of BNP,and they are safety for the CHF patients.
