| [目的] 通过观察益心定悸方对人脐静脉内皮细胞血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响探讨其治疗冠心病快速心律失常的作用机制, 同时为临床应用提供客观依据。[方法] 用20只雄性Wistar大鼠制备含药血清, 将内皮细胞接种在两种血清培养基上, 采用免疫组化方法测定VEGF的表达。[结果] 含药血清组细胞边界和核结构清晰细胞核颜色深染, 正常血清组VEGF仅有微弱表达。[结论] 益心定悸方能够明显促进VEGF表达, 这可能是本方治疗冠心病快速心律失常的作用机制之一。 |

| Abstract: |
| [Objective] By observation of Yixin Dingji prescription on human umbilical vein endothelial VEGF expression to explore its treatment of coronary heart disease tachyarrhythmia mechanism and provide an objective basis for clinical application. [Methods] Prepared medicated serumy by 20 male Wistar rats, the endothelial cells were seeded in both serum-free medium. VEGF expression was measured by immunohistochemistry. [Results] The medicated serum cell borders and nuclear structure clear nucleus color deeply stained, normal serum group the VEGF only a weak expression. [Conclusion] Yixin Dingji prescription can significantly promote VEGF expression, and it may be one of the mechanisms of treatment in coronary heart disease tachyarrhythmias. |
