补骨脂不同提取工艺的比较研究

摘要:
[目的] 比较补骨脂的不同提取工艺。[方法] 以补骨脂素、异补骨脂素、补骨脂甲素、补骨脂乙素、补骨脂酚的转移率为指标, 对补骨脂3种提取工艺(冷浸法、超临界CO2萃取法、回流法)进行比较研究。[结果] 在3种提取工艺中, 超临界CO2萃取法萃取时间短, 但指标成分转移率较低;回流法时间短, 但能耗大;冷浸法提取效率高, 能耗低。[结论] 根据大生产的实际需要, 选择冷浸法为补骨脂提取方法。

Comparative research on three different extraction methods of Psoralea corylifolia L.

Abstract:
[Objective] To compare the different extraction methods for the seed of Psoralea corylifolia L.[Methods] The transfer ratio of psoralen, isopsoralen, bavachin, isobavachalcone and bakuchiol was used as an index to compare three extraction methods(cold-maceration, supercritical CO2 fluid extraction and reflux) and choose the suitable extraction method. [Results] Compared with the other two methods, cold-maceration method proved to be less energy-consuming and greatly efficient. [Conclusion] Based on the need of mass production, cold-maceration proved to be the most suitable extraction method.
