| [目的] 探讨山茱萸总苷及其含药血清对骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)增殖的影响。[方法] 分离、培养大鼠MSCs,分别加入山茱萸总苷及其含药血清, 运用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法检测不同浓度山茱萸总苷及其含药血清对大鼠MSCs增殖的影响。[结果] 大鼠灌胃1 h后采血所得含药血清以20%的浓度干预时具有最佳的促MSCs增殖作用, 山茱萸总苷最佳促MSCs增殖浓度为625 μg/mL.[结论] 山茱萸总苷及其含药血清可促进大鼠MSCs增殖。 |

| [Objective] To discuss the effect of total Glucosides from Cornus officinalis and its medicated serum on proliferation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs).[Methods] MSCs were isolated from rat bone and cultured under total Glucosides from Cornus officinalis and its medicated serum, the proliferation effect on MSCs was detected with MTT.[Results] The 20% concentration of the TGC serum collected from rats 1 h later after intragastric infusion was proved to be the most effective concentration on the proliferation of MSCs, the 625 μg/mL concentration of the TGC was proved to be the most effective concentration on the proliferation of MSCs. [Conclusion] The total Glucosides from Cornus officinalis and its medicated serum can promote the proliferation of MSCs in rats. |
