Abstract: |
[Objective] To study the impact on analgesia of processed Aconiti Radix analgesia before and after combination with Pinellia, Snakegourd Fruit, Fritillary, Ampelopsis Japonica Makino and Rhizoma Bletillae. [Methods] Using the tail-flick method by radiant heat stimulation the pain threshold of the mice was detected at different time before and after oral administration. The analgesic effect of every single herb was cleared. On this basis, the Processed Aconite Radix was combined with every single herb at 1:1 and then the impact of anti-drug combination on Processed Aconite Radix analgesic effect was detected. [Results] Processed Aconite Radix could significantly increase the pain threshold in mice at 15 min compared with that before administration under the dose of 4 g crude drug/kg; Pinellia, Snakegourd Fruit and Rhizoma Bletillae used alone had some analgesic effect. The difference was significant compared with that before administration, but the onset time was more delayed than Processed Aconite Radix; For Fritillaria, Ampelopsis Japonica Makino in analgesic effect. There was no significant difference compared with that before administration. Pinellia, Fritillaria and Rhizoma Bletillae could delay the onset time of Processed Aconite Radix and Snakegourd Fruit could make the onset time in advanced and sustainable for a certain period of time (about 30 min). Ampelopsis Japonica could significantly reduce the analgesic effect of Processed Aconite Radix. [Conclusion] Reducing the analgesic effect of Aconitum or delaying the onset time may be one of the specific performance of processed Aconite Radix after combination with Pinellia, Snakegourd Fruit, Fritillary, Ampelopsis Japonica Makino and Rhizoma Bletillae. |
