摘要:

[目的]探讨慢性乙型肝炎中医客观化疗效评价方法。[方法]应用本课题组研发的中医诊断仪器——中医脉象仪、中医舌象仪以及自制中医证候量表，进行动态的望、闻、问、切“四诊”检查，采集中、西医临床客观化量化指标，采用IBM SPSS Statistics 19统计软件进行分析。[结果]中医脉图、舌图、中医证候量表等中医客观化疗效评价指标在治疗前后差异有统计学意义，能够准确反映出患者治疗前后的临床状态及疗效，且中医客观化疗效评价指标与西医现有疗效评价指标相比具有一定关联性。[结论]慢性乙型肝炎中医疗效评价指标能客观全面反映患者的整体状态变化，为今后开展疾病疗效评价的无创检测奠定基础。

Abstract:

[Objective] To discuss the methods of traditional Chinese medicine for evaluating the objective efficacy in treating chronic hepatitis B.[Methods] The TCM diagnostic instruments developed by the research group were applied. They were TCM electropulsograph, tongue instrument, home-made TCM symptom scale and traditional methods of diagnosis(observation, listening, interrogation and pulse-taking), objective clinical indicators in Western medicines, 19 statistical software for analysis.[Results] TCM objective evaluation indexes like TCM pulse image, tongue image and TCM symptom scale showed significant differences before and after treatment. There was some correlation between TCM objective evaluation indexes and existing Western medicine evaluation indexes.[Conclusion] Compared with existing Western medicine effect evaluation system, TCM effect evaluation system can reflect the changes of the patients' states on the whole and more objectively and has laid a foundation for noninvasive examination for effective evaluation of different illnesses.
