[目的]对115例确诊为2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者和115例单纯高脂血症患者进行胰腺超声扫描,分别应用二维及彩色多普勒血流图(CDFI)技术观察。[方法]应用彩色多普勒超声扫查患者胰腺,将纳入的受试者分为糖尿病合并高脂血症组、单纯高脂血症组、正常对照组,观察糖尿病合并高脂血症组、单纯高脂血症组较正常对照组胰腺的弹性、张力情况,测量胰腺头、体、尾厚径。[结果]糖尿病合并高脂血症组115例中113例胰腺回声减低、强弱不均,109例胰腺厚径小于正常值,与年龄、病程呈正相关。单纯高脂血症组115例中110例胰腺回声增强,2例胰腺厚径小于正常值,113例厚径均在正常范围内。正常对照组115例胰腺大小、形态、回声均正常。[结论]糖尿病合并高脂血症时胰腺体积减小,僵硬感,回声减低、强弱不均,表面不光滑,胰管管壁回声增强、断续;单纯高脂血症时胰腺大小变化不明显,回声增粗增强。 |

[Objective] The pancreatic ultrasound screening was performed in 115 patients with diagnosed Ⅱ type diabetes mellitus combined with hyperlipidemia and 115 patients with simple hyperlipidemia by two-dimensional and CDFI.[Methods] Using CDFI the pancreas of patients were scanned. The enrolled volunteers were divided into three groups: group of diabetes mellitus combined with hyperlipidemia, group of simple hyperlipidemia and group of healthy persons. The elasticity and tension of pancreas, the thickness and diameter of the head, body and tail of pancreas in the first two groups were observed and compared with the control group.[Results] In group one, the pancreatic echo was reduced with unequal strength in 113 cases from the 115 cases. In 109 cases the pancreatic size was smaller than normal and was positively correlated with age and disease duration. In group two, the pancreatic echo strengthen was increased in 110 cases from the 115 cases, the pancreatic size was smaller in 2 cases than normal. The thickness diameters were within the normal size range in 113 cases. The pancreas size, shape and echoes were normal in control group.[Conclusion] In patients with diabetes mellitus combined with hyperlipidemia the pancreas size is decreased, having rigid sense. The echo is reduced, having unequal strength. The surface is not smooth, and the duct wall echo is increased and discontinuous. While in the patients with simple hyperlipidemia, the change of pancreatic size is not significant and the echoes are increased and roughened. |
