[目的] 继续对益母草(Leonurus jAponicus Houtt.)的化学成分进行研究,为进一步开发利用该植物资源提供依据。[方法] 采用正相硅胶、反相ODS、SephAdex LH-20等柱色谱及高效液相色谱法等方法进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质及光谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。[结果] 从益母草体积分数为50% 的乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为(E)-4-hydroxy-dodec-2-enedioic Acid(1)、益母草碱(2)、水苏碱(3)、次黄苷(4)、鸟苷(5)、左旋色氨酸(6)、苯丙氨酸(7)。[结论] 1、4、5、7为从益母草种中首次分离得到的化合物。 |

Abstract: |
[Objective] To investigate the chemical components of the herb Leonurus japonicus Houtt.Ⅲ.[Methods] The chemical components were obtained by chromatographies, such as silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC. They were identified by the chemical and physical methods, especially spectral analysis. [Results] Seven compounds were obtained and identified as (E)-4-hydroxy-dodec-2-enedioic acid (1), leonurine (2), stachydrine (3), hypoxanthine-9-β-D-ribofuranoside (4), guanosine (5), L-tryptophan (6), and phenylalanine (7), respectively.[Conclusion] Compounds 1, 4, 5, and 7 are the obtained species firstly. |
