网络药理学研究相关技术与应用

摘要:
近十几年来, 新药的发现周期越来越长, 新药候选药物转化为临床有效新药的速率也显着下降, 因此从新的角度去认识药物作用机制、采用新的方法发现新药成为了科研工作者们亟待解决的问题。网络药理学与传统药理学最大的区别在于它是从系统生物学和生物网络平衡的角度去阐释疾病的发生发展过程、从改善或恢复生物网络平衡的角度认识药物与机体的相互作用并指导新药的发现。

Network pharmacology research technologies and applications

Abstract:
In recent years, it takes longer period to develop new medicine. The rate of new candidate medicine transforming into clinical effective medicine is also decreased dramatically. It is an urgent problem to be solved to understand the mechanisms of medicine in a new prospective and to develop new medicine using new methods. The difference between network pharmacology and traditional pharmacology is that network pharmacology explains the progression and development of the disease from the angle of biological network balance and system biology. Network pharmacology also tries to understand the interaction between medicine and our body from the perspective that how to improve or recovery the equilibrium of biological network and to guide the discovery of new drugs.
