| 张仲景在《伤寒论》厥阴篇中用乌梅丸治疗蛔厥证和久痢。其寒温并用, 清上温下, 辛开苦降, 调补气血阴阳, 用治上热下寒、寒热错杂之证。现代药理研究表明, 乌梅丸可促进炎症及黏膜损害修复, 调节胃肠功能。消化系统疾病多有上热下寒、寒热错杂的病机特点。乌梅丸可用于治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎、腹泻型肠易激综合征、慢性萎缩性胃炎、慢性腹泻等消化系统疾病。 |

| Wumeiwan treated ascariasis of biliary tract syndrome and chronic diarrhea in “Treatise on Febrile Diseases” Jueyin article of ZHANG Zhong-jing. To treat the syndrome of heat in the upper and cold in the lower and cold heat complex, it uses traditional Chinese medicine both warm and cold in nature with pungent-open and bitter-down, clears the heat of upper-jiao and warms the lower warmer, tonifies Qi, blood, Yin and Yang. Modern pharmacological researches show that Wumeiwan can promote the repairment of inflammation and mucosal damage and regulate the function of gastrointestinal. Diseases of digestive system are mainly with the characteristic of heat in the upper and cold in the lower and cold heat complex. So it can treat chronic ulcerative colitis, diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome, chronic atrophic gastritis, chronic diarrhea and so on. |
