| In the face of economic globalization trend and the accelerate development of new technology revolution, cultivating excellent talents has become the core task of personnel training in universities. In this paper, by analyzing the present situation of talents cultivation in universities and social demand, summarizing the existing problems, we aim to refer to the experience of applied talents training abroad for undergraduate and put forward more targeted strategies and suggestions for personnel training in universities butting joint with social demand in our country. |
