| 介绍了目前中医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的研究前景,分析了CAG中医证候缺乏客观物质基础的现状,探讨了CAG中医证候客观化的思路和方法,提出运用蛋白质组学技术,以蛋白质组为切入点,筛选出可用于CAG各证型诊断和治疗的血清蛋白质谱,建立一个“证候-蛋白质表达谱”. |

| The paper focuses on the current researches on chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) and the situations that Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome-differentiated diagnosis lacks the basic substance. The methods to standardize the TCM syndrome differentiation of CAG are discussed and the application of proteomics in this regard is put forward. The methods to standardize the TCM syndrome differentiation of CAG are discussed and the application of proteomics in this regard is put forward, so as to build up a expression profile on TCM syndrome-differentiated diagnosis and relative protein. |
