| 探讨《伤寒论》泻心汤类方的方证关联,泻心汤类方具有辛开苦降、调和脾胃阴阳的作用,与胃癌脾胃虚弱、痰浊阻滞、阴阳失调的基本病机相符合,对胃癌及其并发症具有较好的疗效,认为《伤寒论》泻心汤类方在胃癌的临床治疗中具有重要的意义。 |

| To investigate relevance of prescriptions and syndromes of Xiexin decoction associated prescriptions in Treatise on febrile disease, Xiexin decoction has the effect of acrid opening and bitter downbearing, harmonizing Yin and Yang of spleen and stomach, is correspond with the basic pathogenesis of stomach cancer with deficiency of spleen and stomach, phlegm stasis and disharmony of Yin and Yang, it has good curative effect on gastric cancer and its complications. We think Xiexin decoction associated prescriptions in Treatise on febrile disease has important significance on treating stomach cancer. |
