| 肿瘤病是一类全身性疾病的局部表现，中医药治疗肿瘤总的原则扶正祛邪。肿瘤为有形之邪，其内在病机往往伴随气机失调。结合《伤寒论》中柴胡剂具有和解少阳，疏通内外，调畅全身气机的作用，故在临床辨证施治，以“调畅气机”理论运用柴胡剂治疗肿瘤，收到较好疗效。因而对其理论依据、临床实践、实验研究及柴胡剂安全性方面进行分析总结，以期更好的指导临床实践。 |

| Abstract: |
| Tumor is a systemic disease, with symptoms of many different conditions. The theory of Fuzheng Quxie is one basic theory that guides diagnosis and treatment of tumor clinically. Solid tumor often disorder of Qi movement. The efficacy of Chaihu decoction family from Shanhan Lun is reconciling Shaoyang, reconciling interior syndromes and relieving exterior syndromes, regulating Qi-activity. It is good effect for patients with cancer who treated with Chaihu decoction family from the theory of regulating Qi-activity. Better efficacy is possible to get by applying the theory of "regulating Qi-activity" in cancer treatment. So, we hope to provide a reference for clinicians from the following aspects: evidence based, clinical practice, experiment, reliability and security． |
