[目的] 观察养正消积胶囊对恶性肿瘤患者化疗后出现的癌因性疲乏及生活质量的影响。[方法] 2013年1月-2015 年6月在陕西省中医医院肿瘤内科治疗的84例癌因性疲乏患者纳入研究对象,随机将入组的患者分为治疗组和对照组。对照组只接受单纯化疗;治疗组给予化疗联合养正消积胶囊。于化疗结束后第1天及第14天后采用Piper疲乏修订量表评估疲乏状况。[结果] 治疗后结果提示治疗组在认知维度、感知维度、情感维度、行为维度、总体疲乏状况评分与治疗前比较有明显改善,具有统计学意义( P<0.05).对照组仅在行为维度、情感维度评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),其他维度评分较治疗前无改善(P>0.05);两组在各领域两次评分的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论] 养正消积胶囊可以显着改善患者化疗后引起的癌因性疲乏状况。 |

[Objective] To observe effects of Yangzheng Xiaoji capsule on cancer-related fatigue in cancer patients receiving chemotherapy and its effect on quality of life. [Methods] Eightey-four cases cancer patients in Shanxi province hospital of traditional Chinese medicine on cology from 2012 April -2014 May were randomly divided into the treatment received chemotherapy combined with Yangzhengxiaoji Capsule and the control group only given chemotherapy.In the first day and day 14 after the chemotherapy, allpatients fatigue condition were evaluated through revised Piper fatigue scale. [Results] the results suggest that the treatment group score on cognitive dimension, perceptual dimensions, emotional dimension and behavior dimension significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05). The control group only in the behavior dimension, emotional dimension score lower before the treatment (P<0.05), other dimensions scores showed no improvement from the previous (P>0.05). Two groups in various fields the comparison of two score difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). [Conclusion]Yangzheng Xiaoji capsule can significantly improve patients after chemotherapy in fatigue status caused by cancer. |
