| 患者女性，81岁，左鼻孔下方反复溃疡5a，加重1a。皮肤科情况：左鼻孔下方可见约3.0cm×2.5cm×0.6cm的不规则溃疡，向周围呈浸润性生长。皮损组织病理诊断：真皮中上部可见基底样细胞组成的癌巢，基底样癌巢中央及周边可见鳞状细胞癌成分，癌巢中央可见角珠及鳞状涡。诊断：皮肤基底鳞状细胞癌。 |

| A eighty-one years old female presented with ulcer below the left nostirl repeatedly for five years and add one year. Clinical examination showed that there is a 3.0cm×2.5cm×0.6cm irregular ulcer below the left nostril,which is growing invasivly to the surrounding tissres.The histopathologic examination showed that there are mang carcinoma nests consisting of basal cells in the dermis upper, and there are mang squamous cells and horn perals and squamous eddies in the carcinoma nests central and peripheral. Basal skin squamous cell carvinoma was diagnosed. |
