| 摘要: |
| 对近5年半夏泻心汤的相关文献进行归纳，从半夏泻心汤的临床应用和实验研究两方面进行综述和分析。现代药理学研究证实,半夏泻心汤及其拆方具有调节胃肠运动、保护胃黏膜、抗炎、调节免疫等作用，在临床上主要应用于消化系统疾病。对于功能性消化不良、急慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、反流性食管炎等疾病，临床采用半夏泻心汤的治疗效果均比常规运用西药佳。 |

| This paper summarized the clinical and experimental research of Banxia Xiexin decoction, according to search the summary of relevant literature in recent five years. Banxia Xiexin Decoction and its divisions have pharmacological effects on protecting gastric mucosa, antineoplastic, anti-inflammatory, immune regulation ect. and it mainly applied in Digestive system diseases, having better treatment effects on functional dyspepsia, acute or chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, reflux esophagitis than conventional medical. |
