百合病病机探讨

摘要:

百合病出自《金匮要略》，是以全身各系统功能异常为主要临床表现的疾病，历代医家对该病多有论述探讨。本文对古代相关文献进行收集整理，并从症状、用药及治法讨论三个角度分析原文条文，认为百合病诸症皆可体现百脉为热所扰的病机。从而得出百合病病机主要为热邪留滞脉中，损伤阴分，并有耗损阳气、形成瘀血的趋势。

Abstract:

Lily disease from the Synopsis of Golden Chamber.Its main clinical manifestation has been discussed a lot by the doctors of the past dynasties.The author collected the ancient licterature,and analysis the original from angles of symptoms,medication and therapy.The author deems that the symptoms of Lily disease refer to the pathogenesis of heat-Infestation to all the vessels,and the medicines used for the Lily disease were for nourishing yin and clearing heat,or tonifying deficiency and dispelling blood statistic.The mistreatment discussed in the original reflects the therapy of no-hurt to the qi and yin with purgation and diaphoresis.Therefore,the main pathogenesis of Lily disease is the heat retention in all the vessels,and the damage of Yin and Yang,with a trend of forming blood stasis as while as consumpting the vital qi.
