中医药治疗胸痹气虚血瘀证的组方规律分析

摘要:

基于中医传承辅助平台软件（V2.5），分析中国知网（CNKI）数据库中，中医药治疗胸痹气虚血瘀证方剂的组方规律。检索筛选中国知网（CNKI）中运用中医处方治疗胸痹气虚血瘀证的文献，采用数据挖掘技术分析方剂的组方规律。共筛选中医药治疗胸痹气虚血瘀证文献1 536篇，处方223首，中药150味，对处方中药物的四气、五味、归经等进行分析，演化得到核心组合16个，新处方8首。基于中医传承辅助平台软件（V2.5）软件分析得出，益气活血通络为中医治疗胸痹气虚血瘀证的主要方法，为临床提供了新的参考依据。

Abstract:

[Objective] To analyze the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of Chinese medicine (V2.5).[Methods] CNKI was used to screen Chinese medicine prescription for the treatment of chest qi deficiency and blood stasis. The data mining technique was used to analyze the prescription rule of prescription.[Results] A total screening of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chest qi deficiency blood stasis disease literature 1 536, prescription 223, 150 Chinese medicine. Analysis four gas, flavors, meridians and others of prescription drugs, and then get the evolution of the core combination of 16, the new prescription 8.[Conclusion] according to the analysis of software based on TCM support platform software (V2.5), Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo is the main method for the treatment of chest qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, provided a new reference for clinical.
