| 液质联用（LC-MS）技术因其有着分离性能好、灵敏度高和专属性强等优势，已逐渐成为中药复方制剂现代化研究的强力手段。LC-MS在中药复方制剂的化学成分分析、血清药化，药效学、药动学、中药质量控制及近些年出现的中成药复方制剂中非法添加化学成分的现象有着广泛的应用。 |

| Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) technology has become a powerful method for the modernized research of traditional Chinese medicine preparations because of its high separation performance, high sensitivity and strong specificity. LC-MS is widely used of analysis the chemical composition, serum pharmacochemistry, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, quality control of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, and the phenomenon of illegal addition of chemical components in traditional Chinese medicine preparations. |
