| 中药注射剂是中国特有的新型中药剂型，具有功效独特、生物利用度高、作用迅速等特点，在治疗中药优势病种、多发病及抢救急危重症中发挥了重要的作用。中药注射剂在日常临床使用中无法避免与其他药物联合使用。然而，近年来部分中药注射剂配伍后出现不良反应的临床报道逐年增多，从而影响其临床推广应用。基于此，文章对中药注射剂配伍过程中稳定性变化情况，特别是对现有的中药注射剂配伍稳定性研究方法进行综述，并对中药注射剂配伍稳定性研究前景进行展望。 |

| Traditional Chinese Medcine injection is an innovative pharmaceutical dosage form of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, with the advantage of high efficacy, high bioavailability, and rapid reaction in the treatment of certain kind of diseases. In routine clinical application, TCM injections were adopted with other medicine inevitably. However, in recent years, ADR (adverse drug reaction) reports of TCM injections in drug combination were increased. In this paper, the compatibility stability studies of TCM injection were reviewed. |
