摘要:

叙事医学作为人文医学发展到一定阶段的产物，在国内的研究刚刚起步，以主题词"叙事医学"进行专业检索，查阅文献题目、摘要及原文，排除不相关文献，根据国内最早进行相关介绍的文献以及在不同时间段发表的各类相关文献，了解叙事医学与人文医学的发展概况。同时，分析叙事医学文献的内容并进行分类，尤其是重点阐述叙事医学与中医学的相互关系，如重视人文关怀、体现医德观、注重整体性等。展现目前国内叙事医学主要涉及的方面以及对人文关怀、医学教育、医疗实践的指导意义。

Abstract:

As the product of humanistic medicine development, narrative medicine has been focused in China recently. Taking "narrative medicine" as the subject heading, the author has made the professional research, consulted the literature subject, abstract and the original, and excluded the irrelative literatures. Through researching the earliest literature introduced in national document and the number of literatures published at different time, the author realized the development overview of narrative medicine and humanistic medicine. Meanwhile, the author has analyzed and filed the literature content of narrative medicine, especially focused on the relationship between narrative medicine and traditional Chinese Medicine, such as paying attention to humanistic care, reflecting the concept of medical ethics, focusing on integrity, etc. By comprehending the knowledge from many aspects about national narrative literature. This article has guiding significance for humanistic care, medical education and medical practice.
