| 多项研究表明关节腔滑膜炎症、软骨和骨组织破坏、免疫反应、微循环障碍等是引起风湿性关节炎的关键因素。独活寄生汤加减在风湿性关节炎的中药治疗中应用广泛，近年的研究表明独活寄生汤具有抑制炎症反应、镇痛、抑制软骨细胞凋亡、促进软骨细胞增殖、调节免疫平衡、改善血管循环等作用，故推断出独活寄生汤加减治疗风湿性关节炎与上述机制有关，对其研究进行综述如文。 |

| Several studies show that the joint cavity synovial inflammation, cartilage and bone tissue damage, such as immune response, the micro-circulation barrier, is the key factor of rheumatoid arthritis. Live with Duhuo Jisheng decoction subtraction is widely used in the Chinese medicine treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, recent studies have shown that living by Duhuo Jisheng decoction can inhibit inflammation, analgesia, inhibition of chondrocytes apoptosis, promote cartilage cell proliferation, regulating immune balance, improve blood circulation, and so on. Therefore deduce live alone Duhuo Jisheng decoction subtraction treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is associated with the above mechanism, the research were summarized, such as text. |
