| 评价复方苦参注射液辅助治疗前列腺癌的临床疗效及安全性。复方苦参注射液辅助内分泌治疗可有效改善前列腺癌患者生活质量、前列腺特异性抗原水平、卡氏评分等，降低化疗后不良反应等。并进一步对复方苦参注射液在临床应用中的安全性进行评价，以指导临床规范使用。 |

| To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of compound matrine injection in the treatment of prostate cancer. Through literature review, compound matrine injection adjuvant endocrine therapy can effectively improve the quality of life of prostate cancer patients, prostate specific antigen levels, card score, and reduce the toxic side effects after chemotherapy, and may have a certain effect. Furthermore, the safety evaluation of compound matrine injection in clinical application was further conducted to guide the clinical practice. |
