切实提高中医临床疗效的思考及对策

摘要:

中医延续数千年而不衰，核心在于治疗手段独特、疗效好。但随着时代的飞速发展，当今中医临床疗效由于受多方因素影响，不仅未能同步提高，甚至处于下滑状态，对此，文章进行了深入的分析，探求制约中医临床疗效的诸多原因，认为切实提高中医疗效的关键还是要继承中医学的传统思想，以中医思维来辨治疾病，在此基础上再与现代西医有机交流融合，优势互补，才能更好提高疾病的防治效果，实现中医学的进一步发展。

Abstract:

The main reason of continous development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for thousands of years lies in its unique treatment with good effect. However, today the clinical efficacy of TCM doesn't improve with the rapid development of the times due to many factors, instead the efficacy is in a state of decline. Therefore, the author of this paper explores the reasons which influence the clinical efficacy of TCM and holds that the key to improve the efficacy of TCM is to inherit the traditional thinking of TCM and to diagnose and treat diseases with thinking of TCM. By combining TCM with modern western medicine and bring into full play the advantages of both, the efficacy will be improved so that TCM will develop further.
