摘要:

温病卫气营血辨证，尤其重视气分证。除了卫分证以外，在邪气还没有进入营血的这一漫长过程，皆属气分证。气分证的范畴最广。气分证的治疗最突出的有两点，一是透邪外出；二是存津液。全国名老中医黄文政教授在此基础上，把此思想进一步拓展到内科杂病领域，从而在临床上形成了自己鲜明的临证思辨特点，在临床上善于应用透邪存津法辨证治疗糖尿病肾病、紫癜性肾炎、泌尿系感染、丹毒等疗效显著。

Abstract:

The epidemic syndrome of blood in Weiqi Camp is particularly important in the syndrome of gas syndrome. The most prominent treatment of Qifenzheng has two points. One is to go out through evil spirits; the other is to keep the body fluid. On the basis of this, Professor HUANG Wenzheng, a national doctor of Chinese medicine, further expanded this idea into the field of medical miscellaneous diseases, thus forming his own clinically distinguishing characteristics of clinical examinations. He is good at clinical application of dialectic treatment of Diabetic nephropathy, Purpura nephritis, urinary tract infections, erysipelas and other significant effect.
