针灸治疗下肢缺血性疾病临床用穴频次分析

摘要:
[目的]总结和分析针灸治疗下肢缺血性疾病的用穴规律。[方法]检索中国知网(CNKI)中国学术期刊全文数据库、维普网、万方数据库2000年1月-2018年5月关于针灸治疗下肢缺血性疾病的随机临床对照试验(RCT)及临床对照试验研究(CCT)文献,将筛选后符合纳入标准的文献的使用腧穴进行汇总并录入Excel电子表格进行统计分析。[结果]纳入文献48篇,腧穴53个,腧穴总使用频次343次,其中主穴310次,配穴33次。[结论]现代针灸治疗下肢缺血性疾病以局部取穴、循经取穴及辨证选穴为原则,足太阴脾经及足阳明胃经是所选的主要经脉,足三里、三阴交、阴陵泉是治疗下肢缺血性疾病常用组穴。

Abstract:
[Objective] To summarize and analyze the rules of acupoint selection in acupuncture treatment for the lower limb ischemic diseases.[Methods] By means of analyzing the RCT and CCT literatures of acupuncture treatment of the lower limb ischemic diseases from 2000 to 2018, search the literatures from CNKI, Cqvip and Wanfang Data. Record the acupoints in the literatures that in accordance with inclusion criteria were included,and put them into Excel for statistic analysis.[Results] There were 48 articles recording the acupuncture treatment for the lower limb ischemic diseases with 53 points involved.The using frequency of all points was 343 times, contain the main points were 310 times,the match points were 33 times.[Conclusion] The principle of modern acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of lower limb ischemic diseases were local point selection,along-meridian point selection and dialectical acupoints,Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming and Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin were the main meridians which were selected. Tsusanli, sanyinjiao, yinlingquan are the commonly used acupoint group to treat the lower limb ischemic diseases.
