[目的]借助网络药理学技术预测并筛选四妙勇安汤干预心力衰竭的主要活性成分及其潜在靶点,探讨四妙勇安汤对心力衰竭的疾病-多靶点-多成分的干预作用机制。[方法]依据在线中医药生物信息学分析工具(BATMAN-TCM)疾病分类预测和筛选四妙勇安汤活性成分的作用靶点。采用Cytoscape软件构建四妙勇安汤活性治疗心力衰竭的成分-靶点网络。[结果]在四妙勇安汤中筛选出89个活性成分,共涉及心力衰竭等15个靶点,且活性成分与预测的靶点有较好的相互作用,预测的15个靶点主要与ACE、ADRA2A、ADRA2B、等靶点有关。[结论]表明四妙勇安汤改善心功能的机制可能与血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)抑制肾素血管紧张素系统(RAS)活性、调节交感神经系统等有关,并且在四妙勇安汤治疗心力衰竭中金银花药味的贡献度可能最大。 |

Mechanisms of Simiao Yongan deooction on heart failure predicted by network pharmacology |

Abstract: |
[Objective] This study was designed to screen the targets of bioactive ingredients of Simiao Yongan decoction(SMYAD), and investigate the "disease——multitargets-multicomponents" intervention mechanism of SMYAD on Heart failure.[Methods] The main targets of the active ingredients of SMYAD were filtrated based on the bioinformatics analysis tool (BATMAN-TCM). Cytoscape software was used to build the ingredients-targets network of SMYAD on heart failure.[Results] It showed 89 active ingredients and 15 targets involving heart failure in SMYAD, and a good interaction between them was supported by the score. The 15 targets were mainly associated with ACE、ADRA2A、ADRA2B and so on.[Conclusion] These effects of SMYAD improved the heart function may be related to the reduction of Angiotensin Ⅱ, inhibition of Renin angiotensin system (RAS) activity, regulation of sympathetic nervous system and catecholamine system,etc.The factors of honeysuckle have the most significant influence on SMYAD treating heart failure. |
