3种中药颗粒剂的吸湿性及数学模型拟合

摘要:
[目的]研究干法制粒的中药颗粒剂的吸湿过程特点,并建立数学模型,探索中药颗粒剂吸湿的共性,为中药颗粒剂的防潮提供依据。[方法]选择干法制备的升麻葛根汤颗粒、达原饮颗粒和桃核承气汤颗粒作为模型药,运用静态称重法测定并绘制3种颗粒剂的吸湿等温线和吸湿动力学曲线,利用Origin 9.0统计分析软件进行非线性拟合,以决定系数(R2),均根误差(RMSE)和平均相对预测误差(E)为评价指标,筛选最佳拟合模型。并对3种颗粒剂的粒径和粒形进行表征。[结果]3种中药颗粒剂吸湿等温线GAB模型,吸湿动力学曲线双指数模型的拟合度评价指标R2更接近于1,RMSE和E接近于0,拟合效果最好,拟合度最高。[结论]GAB模型和双指数模型分别较好地拟合了3种干法制粒中药颗粒剂的吸湿等温线和吸湿动力学曲线。

Mathematical model fitting and moisture adsorption kineticsofthree kinds of traditional Chinese herbal granule

Abstract:
[Objective] To study the feature on moisture adsorption process of traditional Chinese herbal granule by dry granulation and establish mathematical model in order to provide more innovative and has theoretical guidance meaningfor moisture-proof problems of traditional Chinese herbal granule.[Methods] A static gravimetric method was adopted to determine the moisture adsorption isothermsandmoisture adsorptionkinetics curve data ofShengmagegen, Dayuanyin and Taohechengqi Decoction Granule. The experimental data were nonlinear fitted by Origin statistical analysissoftware. Comparisons were evaluated with the coefficient of determination (R2),root mean square error (RMSE)and mean relative percentage deviation modulus (E) as indexes.The granulecharacterization was studied by the particle size and SEM.[Results] The double exponential model was suitable fittingmoisture adsorption kinetics curve, and Peleg model was the best fitted for moisture adsorption isotherms.[Conclusion] Peleg model and double exponential model can well fit the moisture adsorptionkinetics curve and moisture adsorption isotherms of three kinds of traditional Chinese herbal granule, respectively.
