mTOR信号通路在冠心病中的作用及中医药干预研究进展

摘要:
冠心病居十大死因之首,其防治是医学界面临的棘手问题。诸多研究表明,心肌能量代谢是诱发或加重心肌缺血的重要因素。因此,研究心肌能量代谢途径并对其进行调节,或通过药物改善心肌代谢状况,对于维护心脏功能具有重要意义。哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)细胞营养和生长的中心调控因子,可改善能量状态,调控其下游信号通路,调节细胞新陈代谢及细胞周期进程和细胞生长。文章综述了mTOR信号通路在冠心病发生、发展过程中的作用以及中药在其中发挥的调控作用。

The role of mTOR signal pathway in coronary heart disease and research progress of traditional Chinese medicine intervention

Abstract:
Coronary heart disease ranks first in the top ten causes of death and its prevention and treatment is a thorny issue facing the medical community. Currently in the treatment of myocardial ischemia in people pay more attention to the coronary artery by interventional or thrombolytic method, but myocardial energy metabolism is also induced or aggravated myocardial ischemia is an important factor. Therefore, to study myocardial energy metabolism pathway and regulate it effectively, or to improve myocardial metabolism through drugs is another effective strategy for the treatment of ischemic heart disease. The central regulator of mammalian mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) cell nutrition induction and growth can sense the energy status and regulate its downstream signaling pathways to regulate cell metabolism and cell cycle progression and cell growth. This review summarizes the role of mTOR signaling pathway in the pathogenesis and progression of coronary heart disease and the regulatory role of Chinese medicine.
