| 通过收集门诊病例、典型个案分析及随诊时楼丽华教授对加减药味的讲解，总结楼教授治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎的治则及用药。运用温通法配合细针穿刺抽脓治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎有效率高，对乳房外观的损毁程度低，可以为肉芽肿性乳腺炎的临床辨证论治提供参考。 |

| Through the collection of outpatient cases,the typical case analysis and follow-up when the division of the division to explain the addition and subtraction of medicine,summed up professor LOU Lihua treatment of granulomatous mastitis treatment and medication. The use of warm pass method combined with fine needle aspiration pus in the treatment of granulomatous mastitis has high efficiency and low degree of damage to the appearance of breast,which can provide reference for the clinical syndrome differentiation of granulomatous mastitis. |
