| 摘要: |
| 中药丹参为唇形科丹参的干燥根，是常用的活血化瘀中药，丹参主产于四川、山西、河北、江苏、安徽等地。中医学认为，丹参走血分，通血脉，功擅活血化瘀，现代研究表明丹参在心脑血管疾病、癌症、抗衰老等方面具有良好的疗效。丹参酮ⅡA是中药丹参中的脂溶性成分，文章拟通过对近年来传统中药丹参中丹参酮ⅡA的抗炎、抗氧化等药理作用进行综述，为进一步开发利用这一传统中药提供理论依据。 |

| Danshen,the dried root of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge(S.miltiorrhiza),has been widely used in promoting blood circulation,S.miltiorrhiza is mainly produced in Sichuan,Shanxi,Hebei,Jiangsu,Anhui and other places.Traditional Chinese medicine thought that S.miltiorrhiza is good for blood circulation,currently modern studies have shown that S.miltiorrhiza plays a important role in treat cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,cancer and aging,etc.Tanshinone ⅡA extracted from S.miltiorrhiza a traditional herbal medicine,which posses anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant,estrogenic like activities and anti-tumor effect. We summarized Tanshinone ⅡA's research advances in this article,providing a theoretic reference for Danshen in the further development and clinical application. |
