[目的] 对沙芥的化学成分进行系统研究,为蒙药的研发提供扎实的物质基础,促进沙产业发展。[方法] 利用多种色谱法,如正相硅胶、反相ODS、Sephadex LH-20及高效液相色谱等进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质及波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。[结果] 从沙芥70%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了7个单体化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1)、胡萝卜素(2)、staphylionoside D(3)、TgSSTg(4)、乙基-α-D-果糖苷(5)、pinellic acid(6)、Z-咖啡酸硬脂醇酯(7)。[结论] 化合物3~7为首次从该属植物中分离得到。 |

[Objective] The paper is aim to study the constituents from P. cornutum systematically,and promote the development of sand industry and construct the green economy in China.[Methods] The chemical compounds were isolated through kinds of chromatorgraphies such as Sephadex LH-20,ODS,Silica gel and PHPLC chromatorgraphies and identified by chemical and spectral analysis (1H,13C NMR,1H 1H COSY,HMQC,HMBC,UV,IR,MS).[Results] Seven compounds were obtained and identified as β-sitosterol (1) daucosterol (2),staphylionoside D (3),TgSSTg (4) ethyl-α-D-fructofuranoside (5) pinellic acid (6) Z-octadecyl caffeate (7) respectively.[Conclusion] Compounds 3-7 were obtained from Pugionium genus firstly. |
