t-PA溶栓治疗脑卒中优化方法研究进展

摘要:
当今社会,脑卒中已成为人类主要致死和致残性的疾病。组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)疗法是目前最有效的脑卒中治疗方法。然而,t-PA狭窄的治疗时间窗及其在溶栓再灌注治疗后会引起出血转化、再梗死和再灌注损伤等一些复杂的并发症,并不是所有患者都能在t-PA溶栓治疗后得到良好的愈后结果。因此,需要研究新的药物或治疗方法来改善t-PA溶栓疗法。文章对近几年有关优化t-PA溶栓疗效的方法做一综述。

Research progress on optimization of t-PA thrombolytic therapy for stroke

Abstract:
Stroke has become a major cause of death and disability today.Tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) therapy is currently the most effective treatment for strokeHowever,t-PA narrow treatment time window and its treatment after thrombolytic reperfusion may cause complications such as bleeding transformation,re-infarction,and reperfusion injury,not all patients can get good results after t-PA thrombolytic therapy.Therefore,we need to study new drugs or treatments to improve t-PA thrombolytic therapy.This article will review the methods of optimizing thrombolytic therapy for t-PA in recent years.
