| 退行性腰椎滑脱症（DLS）是临床上常见的腰椎退行性疾病，为提供最佳、有效的诊断及治疗方案，2014年北美脊柱外科协会更新了DLS循证临床实践指南。在充分解读最新版指南诊治内容的基础上，结合中国的临床实际，提出临床与研究建议。 |

| Degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis (DLS)is a clinically common degenerative disease of the lumbar spine. In order to provide the best and effective diagnosis and treatment programs,the North American Spinal Surgery Association updated the DLS guidelines for evidence-based clinical practice in 2014. Based on the diagnosis and treatment for the DLS in the latest guideline,and proposes clinical and research suggestions. |
