| 抽动障碍是一种神经精神性疾病，具有病情易反复、共患病多等特点。通过调神来治疗本病是中医治疗的特色之一，但少有相关的系统论述。文章根据中医学形神一体观及情志致病学说，结合本病的现代研究，论述了调神治疗本病的理论基础、临床应用、疗效机制及治疗体会等，以期为发挥中医药整体性、多靶点、多层次的治疗优势提供思路。 |

| Tic disorders are neuropsychiatric disorders, which are easily repeatedly and have many comorbidity. Regulating the mind to treat the disease is one of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, but there is few related systematic discussion. According to holism of body and spirit and etiology of diseases due to emotions of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with the modern study of the disease, this article discusses the basis of the theory, clinical application, therapeutic mechanism and experience of the treatment by regulating of the mind, to provide idea for developing TCM integrity, multiple targets and multi-level treatment advantage. |
