| 心力衰竭是一种常见的心血管综合征，其发病率和病死率逐年增高，严重危害人类身体健康。心力衰竭的致病因素复杂，但对心力衰竭的发病机制和干预治疗的研究还远远不能满足临床要求，这就需要建立成熟稳定的心力衰竭动物模型来了解疾病进程以及研究新的治疗方法。文章归纳了近年来文献中常用的心力衰竭模型制作方法及原理，并比较各自优缺点，供研究者在进行心力衰竭动物研究时根据研究目的选择不同的实验动物模型。 |

| Heart failure is a common cardiovascular syndrome, its morbidity and mortality increased year by year, serious harm to human health. The pathogenic factors of heart failure are complex, but the research on the pathogenesis and intervention therapy of heart failure is far from meeting the clinical requirements. In this paper, the methods and principles of heart failure models commonly used in the literature in recent years are summarized, and their advantages and disadvantages are compared. |
