| 糖尿病视网膜病变是糖尿病常见的慢性微血管并发症之一，属于中医“消渴目病”范畴，该病的发生多认为因消渴日久，肝肾亏虚，精血不能上承于目所致。通过学习玄府理论，认为玄府与目窍密切相关，生理上玄通则目明，而玄府闭阻则是糖尿病视网膜病变病机的关键，治疗上当以通玄为要务，同时兼顾整体辨证。 |

| Diabetic retinopathy is one of the common chronic microvascular complications of diabetes, which belongs to the category of "Xiaoke eye disease" in traditional Chinese medicine. By studying the Xuanfu theory, the author believes that Xuanfu is closely related to the eyes, and that Xuanfu closure is the key to the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy. So in clinical practice, we should keep Xuanfu clear, at the same time take care of patients' overall syndrome. |
