健脾利湿活血方治疗2型糖尿病合并脂代谢紊乱临床研究

摘要:

[目的] 探讨中药健脾利湿活血方治疗2型糖尿病合并脂代谢紊乱临床疗效。[方法] 将90例2型糖尿病合并脂代谢紊乱患者按照随机数字表法分为2组，每组45例，对照组给予常规降血糖、降血脂治疗；治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予中药健脾利湿活血方口服。比较两组治疗前后空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2 h血糖（2 h PG）、糖化血红蛋白（HbAlc）、总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C），并比较两组血清脂蛋白脂酶（LPL）、白细胞介素（IL）-6、IL-17和肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α），比较两组治疗总有效率。[结果] 治疗后治疗组FPG、2 h PG、HbAlc、TC、TG、LDL-C低于对照组（P<0.01），HDL-C高于对照组（P<0.01）；血清LPL、IL-6、IL-17、TNF-α水平低于对照组（P<0.01）；治疗总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。[结论] 中药健脾利湿活血方可有效控制血糖、改善脂代谢紊乱、降低血清炎性因子水平，治疗2型糖尿病合并脂代谢紊乱效果显著。

Abstract:

[Objective] To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine Pilishi Huoxue recipe in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with lipid metabolic disorder.[Methods] Ninety patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with lipid metabolism disorder were divided into 2 groups according to the digital random table method. On the basis of the treatment of the control group, the treatment group was given the Chinese medicine Pilishi Huoxue recipe orally administration. Fasting plasma glucose (FPG), two hours postprandial blood glucose (2 HPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), total cholesterol (TC), three acyl glycerin (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) of the two groups before and after treatment were compared, and serum lipoprotein lipase (LPL), interleukin (IL)-6, IL-17 and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha) were compared, the total effective rate of the two groups was compared.[Results] FPG, 2hPG, HbAlc, TC, TG and LDL-C of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.01), and hdl-c of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). Serum LPL, il-6, il-17 and TNF-q were lower than those of the control group (P<0.01). The total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant.[Conclusion] Chinese medicine Pilishi Huoxue recipe can effectively control blood glucose, improve lipid metabolism disorder, reduce serum inflammatory factors, and it has significant effect in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with lipid metabolism disorder.
