针灸八髎穴联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致月经不调的临床疗效观察

摘要:

[目的] 观察针灸八髎穴治疗多囊卵巢综合征所致月经不调临床疗效。[方法] 将60例多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）所致月经不调患者随机分为两组，即治疗组和对照组各30例，对照组单纯给予达英-35治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予针灸疗法，3个月后比较两组卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、睾酮（T）、月经不调症状评分，随访6个月比较两组月经来潮次数。[结果] 与同组治疗前比较，两组治疗后FSH、LH、T水平均显著降低（P<0.05）且治疗组降低程度更显著，与同组治疗前比较，两组治疗后月经不调症状评分均显著降低（P<0.01），且治疗组降低程度更为显著（P<0.01），与对照组比较，随访6个月治疗组月经来潮次数多于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。[结论] 针灸八髎穴联合达英-35综合疗法可明显降低多囊卵巢综合征所致月经不调患者的激素水平及月经不调症状评分，远期疗效更佳，不良反应少，值得临床上广泛应用。

Abstract:

[Objective] To observe the clinical effects of Baliao acupoints acupuncture combined with moxibustion in treating the polycystic ovary syndrome of the menstrual disorder.[Methods] Sixty patients with menstrual disorder caused by PCOS were randomly divided into treatment group and control group for thirty patients in each group. The patients of control group were treated with Diane-35, the treatment group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group. After three months, the scores of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), testosterone (T), were compared between the two groups, and the menstrual onset times were followed up for six months.[Results] Compared with the same group before and after treatment, the level of FSH, LH and T in the two groups decreased significantly (P<0.05), and the degree of decrease in the treatment group was more significant. Compared with the control group, the scores of irregular menstrual symptoms in the two groups were significantly lower after treatment (P<0.01), and the degree of reduction in the treatment group was more significant (P<0.01). Compared with the control group, the frequency of menstruation in the treatment group after six months follow-up was more than that in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The comprehensive therapy of Baliao acupoints acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Diane-35 treatment group on menstruation in patients with hormone levels and symptoms of menstrual disorders improved treatment. And the long-term efficacy is better and it is fewer adverse reactions, it is worth to be extensive use.
