浅谈从痰浊治疗久嗽

摘要:

有声无痰谓之咳，有痰无声谓之嗽，对于因痰而嗽日久不愈者，谓为"久嗽"。对张永生主任医师治疗久嗽的临床经验及思路进行总结，张主任认为久嗽因痰浊壅盛，日久蓄积或痰浊不断续生，痰浊胶固，甚则形成顽痰，故提出从痰浊治疗久嗽。痰浊多与脏腑失和（肺、脾、肾及三焦）、气血紊乱及先天遗传皆相关，当以祛除痰浊为要，同时临证时主张先祛"已生之痰"，改善患者咳痰症状，以减轻其痛苦；后固元气，杜"生痰之源"，截断生痰之源。并列举1则验案，供同道参考，以冀拓宽治疗久嗽的临床思路，裨益于临床。

Abstract:

Cough with sound and without phlegm,cough with phlegm and without sound. For chronic cough without healing,it is called "chronic cough". To summarize the clinical experience of chief physician ZHANG Yongsheng in treating chronic cough professor ZHANG Yongsheng believed that chronic cough,due to phlegm obstruction,accumulation or phlegm drinks continue to live,phlegm turbid glue solid,and even form stubborn phlegm,so he proposed from phlegm to treat chronic cough. In a word,when removing phlegm turbidity is important,it is related to the disharmony of viscera (lung,spleen,kidney and tri-jiao),disorder of qi and blood and congenital inheritance. Phlegm internal flourishing,cough is not healed,this deficiency is marked by reality. At the same time,he advocated removing the "raw phlegm" firstly,improving the symptoms of patients with sputum cough,to alleviate their pain;and then "gu yuan qi","eradicate phlegm source" cut off the source of phlegm. And enumerate a case for the same reference,in order to broaden the treatment of chronic cough clinical thinking,beneficial to clinical.
