萆薢渗湿汤对慢性前列腺炎患者疗效及NIH-CPSI评分、IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-4水平的影响

摘要:

[目的] 研究萆薢渗湿汤对慢性前列腺炎患者疗效及慢性前列腺炎症状评分（NIH-CPSI）、干扰素γ（IFN-γ）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-4（IL-4）水平的影响。[方法] 选取从2016年2月-2018年2月深圳市龙华区中心医院收治的慢性前列腺炎患者100例进行研究，将其以随机抽签法均分成试验组和对照组。对照组予以常规西药治疗，试验组则在对照组的基础上予以萆薢渗湿汤治疗。分别对比两组在临床疗效、治疗前后NIH-CPSI评分与前列腺液IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-4水平变化情况等方面的差异。[结果] 试验组总有效率相比对照组较高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后试验组与对照组NIH-CPSI评分相比治疗前较低，且试验组相比对照组较低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后试验组IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-4水平相比对照组较低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。[结论] 萆薢渗湿汤治疗慢性前列腺炎患者的临床疗效显著，有利于改善NIH-CPSI评分，降低IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-4水平。

Abstract:

[Objective] To study the curative effect of Bixie Moisture Penetration Decoction on chronic prostatitis patients and the level of and the national institutes of health chronic prostatitis symptom index (NIH-CPSI) score,interferon gamma (IFN -γ),tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α),interleukin 4 (IL-4) level of Bixie Moisture Penetration Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic prostatitis.[Methods] A total of 100 patients with chronic prostatitis admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected for study,and they were divided into experimental group and control group by random lottery. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group on the basis of the control group was given Bixie Moisture Penetration Decoction. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and difference of NIH-CPSI score and changes of IFN-γ,TNF-α,IL-4 levels in prostatic fluid before and after treatment.[Results] The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the NIH-CPSI score of the experimental group was lower than the control group before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences (all P<0.05). After treatment,IFN-γ,TNF-α and IL-4 levels in the experimental group were lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences (all P<0.05).[Conclusion] Bixie Moisture Penetration decoction in the treatment of chronic prostatitis patients has distinct curative effect,which can help improve the NIH-CPSI score,reduce IFN-γ,TNF alpha,IL-4 levels.
