血府逐瘀汤联合N-乙酰半胱氨酸抑制特发性肺纤维化进展的有效性和安全性分析

摘要:

[目的] 探究血府逐瘀汤联合N-乙酰半胱氨酸抑制特发性肺纤维化进展的有效性和安全性。[方法] 选取2016年12月31日-2017年12月31日成都市青白江区中医医院收治的100例特发性肺纤维化患者作为本次研究的对象，采用随机数字表法将之分为两组，观察组予血府逐淤汤联合N-乙酰半胱氨酸胶囊治疗，对照组仅予N-乙酰半胱氨酸胶囊治疗，两组均连续治疗6个月。比较两组临床疗效、肺功能指标、炎症因子水平以及不良反应发生情况。[结果] 观察组治疗有效率94.0%显著高于对照组70.0%（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组用力肺活量（FVC）、1秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）和1秒率（FEV1/FVC）较治疗前均显著提升（P<0.05），且观察组显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）、白介素-6（IL-6）水平较治疗前均显著下降（P<0.05），且观察组显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率4.0%与对照组6.0%相比，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。[结论] 血府逐瘀汤联合N-乙酰半胱氨酸抑制特发性肺纤维化进展具有良好的疗效，能够有效缓解患者机体炎症反应，改善肺功能，并且安全性较高，值得在临床上推广使用。

Abstract:

[Objective] To explore the efficacy and safety of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with N-acetylcysteine in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.[Methods] One hundred patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis admitted to our hospital from December 31,2016 to December 31,2017 were divided into two groups by random number table method. The observation group was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with N-acetylcysteine capsule,and the control group was treated with N-acetylcysteine capsule only. Both groups were continuous. Treatment for 6 months. The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.[Results] the effective rate of the observation group was 94%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 70% (P<0.05). After treatment,the two groups of FVC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC were significantly higher than those before treatment (P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of TNF-alpha and IL-6 in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4% compared with 6% in the control group,with no significant difference (P>0.05).[Conclusion] Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with N-acetylcysteine has a good effect in inhibiting the progression of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. It can effectively relieve the inflammatory response of the patients,improve the lung function,and have high safety. It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
