摘要:

2型糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的检测方法和诊断标准缺乏统一，其患病率差异较大。文章就神经症状评分、神经缺陷评分、密歇根神经病变筛查、多伦多临床评分等评分以及无创的定量感觉检查系统在中医药诊治DPN应用中的研究作一综述，以期了解各诊断方法的优势与不足，后期可针对不同的患者，选择个性化的评估手段，或合理的采用多种方法联合应用。在明确糖尿病病史的基础上，提高DPN的诊断率，以期早期发现，并应用中药、针灸、刮痧等早期干预，提高治疗效果，体现中医未病先防、既病防变的理念。

Abstract:

The detection methods and diagnostic criteria for peripheral neuropathy in type 2 diabetic patients are not uniform,and their prevalence varies widely. This article reviews the research on neurosymptom score,neurological deficit score,screening for Michigan Neuropathy,toronto clinical score and non-invasive quantitative sensory inspection systems in the diagnosis and treatment of DPN in traditional Chinese medicine. In order to understand the advantages and disadvantages of each diagnostic method. In the later stage,you can choose individualized assessment methods for different patients,or use a combination of reasonable methods. Based on a clear history of diabetes,improve the diagnosis rate of DPN for early detection. And apply early intervention such as Chinese medicine,acupuncture and scraping to improve the treatment effect. It embodies the concepts of TCM prevention before disease and prevention of change when both diseases occur.
