| 丛集性头痛是一种局限在单侧的以眶、颞、额等区为主的严重发作性疼痛，常伴有同侧的结膜充血、流泪、鼻塞等症状，严重影响患者生活质量。张玉莲教授从气血理论出发，临床中运用益气活血法治疗丛集性头痛取得良好的疗效，将理、法、方、药、穴五者有机地结合起来，从而达到调气血、通经络、祛顽邪之功。 |

| Abstract: |
| Cluster headache is a kind of severe paroxysmal pain confined to unilateral orbital,temporal and frontal regions,often accompanied by conjunctival congestion,tears,nasal congestion and other symptoms on the same side,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Based on the theory of qi and blood,professor ZHANG Yulian has achieved good curative effect in the treatment of cluster headache with the method of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation in clinical practice,and organically combined the five principles,methods,prescriptions,medicines and acupoints,so as to achieve the function of regulating qi and blood,clearing channels and collaterals,and dispelling obstinates. |
