基于《黄帝内经》探讨桂枝汤治疗难治性产后痹

摘要:

产后痹是一种产后妇女高发的慢性难治性病，属痹证范畴。《素问·痹论》系统全面论证痹证的病因、证候、分类和治则，没有方药。基于《黄帝内经》“致痹”理论，探讨产后痹的病因病机，挖掘出古医籍中行之有效的经方。研究发现桂枝汤可通过调和营卫气血，达到除痹止痛之功，是治疗产后痹的有效经方，具体应用临床疗效显著。因此，重视《黄帝内经》理论的深入挖掘和探讨，扩大经方的治疗范围，有利于更好地指导临床，造福人类。

Abstract:

Postpartum Bi is a chronic and refractory disease with occurring frequently among postpartum women and belongs to the category of arthralgia syndrome. Su Wen:Bi Lun elaborates the etiology,syndrome,classification and rule of the syndrome about arthralgia syndrome,but there are not special prescriptions. Based on the theory of causing arthralgia in Huangdi NeiJing,to explore the etiology and pathogenesis of postpartun numbness and to dig out the effective prescriptions in ancient medical books. It is found that Guizhi Decoction can eliminate arthralgia not only by harmonizing yingqi and weiqi but also by harmonizing qi and blood,and is an effective prescription for treating postpartum Bi. Therefore,paying attention to the deep excavation and discussing of the theory of Huangdi Neijing and expanding the scope of treatment of classical prescriptions are conductive to better guiding clinical practice and benefiting mankind.
