| 糖尿病（DM）性骨关节炎（OA）的发病率日益攀升，成为困扰医学界的一大难题。DM是OA发病的独立危险因素，其形成的持续高糖内环境对OA的发病机制、病理进展及治疗结局均可造成不可逆的影响。文章汇总了近年来DM性OA的流行病学现状、发病机制探索及治疗方面的研究进展。 |

| The incidence of diabetes mellitus (DM) complicated with osteoarthritis (OA) is rising,and it has become a major problem that hinders medical progress. DM is an independent risk factor for the pathogenesis of OA. The formation of a sustained high glucose environment has an irreversible effect on the pathogenesis,pathological progression and treatment outcome of OA. This article summarizes the recent epidemiological status,pathogenesis and treatment of DM complicated with OA. |
